WHO WE ARE:
We are the Trade Finance Service Centre, a large and critical area within Operations. With more than 100 professionals, we cover Traditional Trade products, including bank guarantees and documentary products. We service main European markets such as Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and the UK.

MISSION:
As a Financial Officer, you will be responsible for the precision and integrity of our guarantee-related financial processes. You will manage fee calculations, invoicing, and payment monitoring to ensure seamless operational continuity within our guarantees scope.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage invoicing and fees: Calculate, invoice, and monitor fees related to issued guarantees and counter-guarantees with high accuracy.
- Handle payments: Execute payments to Correspondent Banks and manage the reconciliation of Nostro breaks.
- Monitor guarantee lifecycles: Track expiry dates, update records in mainframes,



and ensure all outstanding fees are collected before closing transactions.
- Maintain accounting integrity: Justify accounts under your scope and perform necessary accounting adjustments to ensure alignment.
- Provide operational support: Respond effectively to enquiries from banks and correspondents, and escalate complaints or disputes to management immediately.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of general accounting rules and specific mastery of accounting rules for guarantees.
- Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in tools such as Atlas, EPS, iVision, Aval, Docubase, TDR, SWIFT, and Excel.
- Languages: Fluency in English (C1) is mandatory. Knowledge of French is highly valued.
- Soft Skills: Ability to synthesize complex information, a strong desire to learn, and a commitment to acting with integrity and ethics.
