Experteer Overview
In this role you will support sourcing and tender processes across Spain and Europe, manage supplier relationships for building elements and furnishings, and negotiate terms while modeling CAPEX for openings and renovations. You will coordinate with Construction, Design, and operations to ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. You will drive cost optimization and evaluate supplier offers to secure value-driven solutions. This position sits in a growing multinational team and offers cross-market impact in procurement.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support and execute sourcing and tender processes for Spain and other European markets
• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers for building elements and furnishings categories
• Manage supplier negotiations and secure best market prices and commercial conditions
• Prepare accurate budget estimations, model costs and CAPEX orders for openings and renovation projects
• Coordinate with Construction, Design and local operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to quality standards




• Drive cost optimization initiatives by identifying value-added solutions and market opportunities
• Collect, compare and evaluate supplier offers and tender documentation
• Support procurement system administration and ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures

Responsabilidades
• High level of English
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing or tender management (approximately 2 years)
• Knowledge of construction materials, furniture, fit-out elements or interior design is highly valued
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SharePoint is an advantage
• Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
