Experteer Overview
In this role you will support capital deployment decisions across Mu0026amp;A, organic growth, and portfolio optimization. You will partner with Corporate Development and senior stakeholders to build business cases and rigorous analyses. You will lead complex financial workstreams and help develop frameworks to strengthen capital allocation discipline. This is a high-impact role at a fast-growing company with cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to shape strategic investments.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Evaluate capital allocation opportunities across Mu0026A, organic growth projects, and portfolio optimization
• Support business case development with leadership and stakeholders to secure executive alignment
• Lead Mu0026A due diligence in conjunction with Corporate Development and external advisors
• Conduct portfolio analysis to inform prioritization and long-term strategic planning

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master degree




• 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or valuation/transaction services
• Strong grasp of advanced corporate finance concepts (valuation, investment returns, EPS accretion/dilution) and ability to lead workstreams
• Experience on Mu0026A deal teams or similar capacity
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate insights to leadership
• Strategic mindset with ability to identify and evaluate growth opportunities
• High self-drive and ownership mentality
• Broad exposure to life science tools and/or software industries is a plus
