We are looking for an experienced AI leader with a strong background in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Generative AI, and Azure technologies to drive the development and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions. Spanish fluency is required for this role. ✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ * 6+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical roles. * Previous experience as a Tech Lead, AI Lead, AI Architect, or similar leadership position. * Strong expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs). * Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure-based cloud solutions. * Strong knowledge of Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, and Azure Key Vault. * Experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions in cloud environments.



* Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and Generative AI best practices. * Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and mentoring technical professionals. * Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken). * Professional proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken). * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively. ?
