About The Role
Assist in updating internal databases (e.g., recording sick or maternity leave).
Help prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
Coordinate with external partners, like temporary work vendors.
Compile regular reports and assist in creating presentations.
Respond to managers' or employees' queries about HR-related issues.
Assist in the implementation and establishment of new processes to enhance standards (Best Practice).
Contribute to interdisciplinary projects (operational and strategic), with a focus on utilizing digitalization.
As required, support to the payroll department by collecting and sharing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules).
Support HR projects (e.g., assist in organizing a job fair event).
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or professional training.
Professional experience in a relevant field is desirable.
Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
