Our mission is to redefine how modern brands grow in the era of AI.
Founded in 2025 in Switzerland & Spain by a Forbes 30 Under 30 Entrepreneur and an Ex-Silicon Valley AI-Engineer, River is building AI-native growth & lead infrastructure for modern businesses.

We're an early-stage startup with a live product and our first paying customers in aesthetic medicine & plastic surgery. So far, sales has largely been founder-led.

Now we're looking for the person who can help turn that into a repeatable sales engine.
Not someone to create slides about Go-to-Market. Someone who actually sells.

Your Opportunity
You won't be joining an established sales organization.
You'll shape it.

This is our first dedicated sales hire and one of the most important roles in the company.
You own the pipeline end to end: You find the clinics, you pick up the phone, you run the demo, you follow up,



you close — and you bring what you hear in the market straight back to the founders.
You'll work directly with the founders and become one of the people closest to our customers and market.

What You'll Do - (90% Hands on, 10% Strategic)

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → first call → demo → follow-up → close
Build pipeline across aesthetic clinics & plastic surgeons, initially Spain and Europe
You are not too proud for anything: Cold calls, 6th follow-ups, manual research, sending the voice note on a Friday evening, whatever gets the clinic to answer
Run discovery calls, product demos, negotiations and closing
Build genuine relationships with clinic owners, doctors and industry leaders
Use modern sales automation intelligently,
