The opportunity
We're hiring a Design Engineer to shape our applications — from how features look and feel to the Flutter code that ships them.
We build cognitive stimulation experiences and clinically backed tools for older adults and people living with dementia and other cognitive challenges. Getting the interface right isn't just polish — it's often the difference between someone completing an exercise with confidence or giving up.
We don't have a dedicated design function today, so this role has real influence over how the product looks, feels, and works.
This is a hybrid role, roughly 40% design and 60% engineering. You'll split your time between designing in Figma (or with modern AI-assisted tools) and building in Flutter.

Following our recent seed round, we are expanding our team and scaling our technology across the UK and Spain.
