Your mission

Lead the technology, transformation, and AI strategy across Phoenix & Flag / Ofilingua, driving the evolution of our operations, processes, and client solutions.

You will work directly with leadership and across teams throughout the organization.

Your role will span the entire journey: identifying and prioritizing opportunities, designing solutions, validating them,



and taking successful initiatives into production at scale.

What you will do

Define and prioritize the company's Technology, Transformation & AI roadmap.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and redesign.
Identify AI use cases with measurable impact on the business, operations, and clients.
Design and lead solutions using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and advanced automation.
Integrate models, tools, and platforms through APIs.
Build and validate prototypes and turn successful concepts into production-ready solutions.
Design new workflows and architectures combining technology, data, and expert knowledge.
Evaluate technologies, foundation models, platforms, partners, and vendors.
Define metrics for quality, reliability, cost, productivity, and ROI.
Identify opportunities to create new services and capabilities for clients.
Lead implementation and help teams adopt new tool
