Your role in the team

As a Service Desk you provide first-level IT support to end users by resolving incidents and service requests within SLA.

Your Responsibilities

Handle incidents and requests via ticketing system,



ensuring correct prioritization and categorization.

Identify recurring issues and proactively propose improvements or automation opportunities.

Maintain clean ticket documentation and contribute to reporting, knowledge base, and continuous service improvements.

What We Expect From You

Experience in IT Service Desk / Helpdesk environment.

Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to support operational coordination with Service Delivery Manager.

Strong customer service attitude and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

Excellent communication skills English.
