Role Description
The Assistant Manager role at CoreFi is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting day-to-day operational,
administrative, and coordination activities across core banking and fintech projects. This role assists senior management in planning and tracking initiatives, preparing reports, and ensuring timely execution of onboarding, lending, payments, and compliance workflows. The Assistant Manager coordinates cross-functional communication between product, operations, technology, and customer-facing teams, helping to resolve issues and maintain service quality. They contribute to process improvement by documenting procedures, analyzing performance metrics, and suggesting enhancements aligned with CoreFi’s AI-enabled, microservice-based environment. The role also involves organizing meetings, managing task follow-ups, and supporting stakeholder communication with clear, concise documentation.
