Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Infor, you will support customers across France and other French-speaking regions, helping them achieve their business goals through successful adoption of Infor solutions.

You will serve as a trusted partner, driving customer engagement, value realization, retention, and long-term success. Working closely with both customers and internal teams, you will ensure customers receive maximum value from their partnership with Infor.

What You'll Do

Customer Success & Adoption

Manage a portfolio of French-speaking customers and develop strong customer relationships.
Lead customer onboarding and adoption activities to accelerate value realization.
Create and execute success plans aligned to customer goals and business priorities.
Provide proactive guidance and recommendations to support customer success.
Monitor customer health and engagement to identify risks and opportunities.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.




Facilitate regular customer reviews and success discussions.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer support and issue resolution.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer objectives and helping them achieve measurable outcomes.

Retention & Business Growth

Support renewal and retention activities through strong customer engagement and value delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and expand the use of Infor solutions.
Share customer feedback and insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Data & Insights

Use customer success platforms and reporting tools to monitor customer engagement and success metrics.
Maintain accurate customer records and account plans.
Leverage data to prioritize actions and improve customer outcomes.
