Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Infor, you will partner with customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to help them realize value from their investment in Infor solutions. You will build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, support customer goals, and ensure customers achieve successful business outcomes throughout their journey.

You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and key stakeholders to promote engagement, identify opportunities, address challenges, and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

What You'll Do

Customer Success & Value Realization

Build trusted relationships with business and operational stakeholders across your customer portfolio.
Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success activities.
Develop and maintain customer success plans aligned to customer objectives and desired outcomes.
Help customers maximize the value of their Infor solutions through best practice guidance and proactive engagement.
Monitor customer health,



identify risks, and work collaboratively to develop mitigation plans.

Customer Relationship Management

Establish strong relationships with customer champions and key stakeholders.
Conduct regular business reviews and success conversations.
Act as a customer advocate within Infor, collaborating with Support, Services, Product, and Sales teams to ensure customer needs are addressed.
Support customers through organizational or process changes that may impact adoption and success.

Retention & Growth Support

Partner with Account Executives and Renewal Managers to support customer retention and renewal activities.
Identify customer growth opportunities through increased adoption and successful business outcomes.
Share customer insights and success stories to support broader account planning activities.
