About The Job
You'll manage and administer the MXP property management system across our entire fleet, ensuring stability,
accuracy and reliability that directly contributes to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
As the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for cruise applications, you'll provide guidance and technical support to both onboard and shore-based teams, becoming the go-to person for all things MXP.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical and functional issues within assigned applications is part of your daily routine, ensuring minimal disruption to onboard operations while maintaining data integrity.
Working closely with business stakeholders and Delivery Managers, you'll gather requirements, test and implement new features and system enhancements that optimise how our teams use technology.
