Casas Almoros is a large private retreat and group accommodation venue in the Alicante region of Spain.

We currently host successful songwriting, music and sports retreats and are looking to significantly expand the venue into wellness, fitness, corporate, creative and other organised retreats.

We're looking for an experienced Retreat & Group Sales Manager / Business Development Manager whose primary responsibility will be simple:

The opportunity

We have a unique venue designed for groups, with:
- 13+ en-suite bedrooms across multiple houses
- 16-metre swimming pool
- Gym
- Sauna
- Hot tub
- Bar and games room
- Large outdoor spaces
- Children's facilities
- Private accommodation for retreat leaders / special guests
- Alicante airport access
- Experience successfully hosting organised retreats

Our preference is to host retreats throughout the year, but we are also interested in corporate off-sites, fitness camps, sports groups, family groups,



celebrations and other suitable group bookings.

Your role

You will be responsible for proactively generating bookings rather than simply responding to incoming enquiries.

This will include:
- Finding and approaching retreat organisers
- Building relationships with yoga, wellness, fitness and coaching businesses
- Developing relationships with corporate event and off-site planners
- Contacting retreat agencies, travel companies and group organisers
- Creating and managing a pipeline of potential bookings
- Following up enquiries
- Negotiating and closing bookings
- Developing repeat business
- Identifying new markets that could utilise the property during quieter months

Who we're looking for

- Retreat sales
- Hotel/resort sales
- MICE / group sales
- Venue sales
- Luxury travel
- Corporate events
- Hospitality business development
