About the Job

As Regional Quality Management System Leader (EMEA), you will be accountable for the continuous improvement of quality programs across your assigned region.
Reporting to the Global Quality Assurance Leader, you will play a key leadership role in advancing Quality Management System (QMS) excellence, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, while leading and supporting change initiatives that strengthen a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, R&D;, and Commercial functions, providing strategic direction, technical expertise,



and hands-on leadership to ensure our quality programs deliver sustainable business results.

Location

This position can be based in close proximity to a major Quaker Houghton office location in EMEA including Uithoorn (Netherlands), Barcelona (Spain), Moncalieri (Italy), or Dortmund (Germany).

A hybrid working arrangement is expected in line with Quaker Houghton's general working policy, including regular in-office collaboration.

Regular domestic and international travel (approximately 25%) will be required.
