Your mission will be…

Lead SAP HCM projects from initiation through go-live, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
Capture and analyze business requirements, challenge and refine solutions, and drive SAP standardization and best practices.
Own and manage AMS service delivery, ensuring SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.
Act as the functional lead and escalation point for complex Payroll, PA, and TM issues.
Prepare functional specifications, support testing activities, and coordinate deployments and post-go-live support.
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on SAP HCM processes and solutions.
