We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to help us build and evolve Factorial’s mobile experience.
This is not just a React Native role. We’re looking for someone who can own mobile development end-to-end: from architecture and product decisions to native modules, CI/CD, DevOps and production deployments.

You’ll work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to build high-quality experiences used by a large and growing customer base, while helping shape how we build mobile software at Factorial.

What you’ll do
Build and evolve high-quality mobile applications using React Native and Expo.
Design and maintain native modules when the product requires capabilities beyond the React Native layer.
Own features end-to-end, from technical discovery and architecture to development, testing, CI/CD and production deployment.
Take ownership of the mobile engineering lifecycle, including DevOps, release processes, monitoring and performance.
Partner closely with Product and Design to turn business and user needs into simple,



scalable mobile experiences.
Contribute to technical decisions and help define the mobile architecture and engineering standards.
Use AI-driven development tools and workflows to increase engineering productivity, quality and speed.
Identify opportunities to improve our development processes, tooling and overall developer experience.
Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews and architectural discussions.
Help us build a culture of ownership, autonomy and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
Strong professional experience building production-grade applications with React Native.
Solid experience with Expo and the Expo ecosystem.
Hands-on experience designing or developing native modules and integrating native iOS/Android capabilities with React Native.
Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance, testing and scalability.
Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and mob
