Join The Agency Barcelona, the Barcelona office of the internationally renowned luxury real estate brand The Agency, globally recognized for redefining modern luxury real estate through collaboration, innovative marketing, and exceptional client service.

We are currently looking for two interns to join our Barcelona team for a minimum of three months:

1. Social Media & Marketing Intern
2. PR & Collaborations Intern

Both positions offer hands-on experience working within an international luxury brand and the opportunity to contribute directly to the continued growth of The Agency Barcelona.

Social Media & Marketing

Working closely with our team, you will support the day-to-day marketing and digital presence of the Barcelona office.

Responsibilities may include:




Creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
Assisting with property shoots, Reels, video content, and behind-the-scenes content
Supporting social media planning and content calendars
Writing and adapting copy for listings, social media, newsletters, and campaigns
Assisting with the marketing of luxury properties and new developments
Supporting email and digital marketing initiatives
Monitoring trends, competitors, and social media performance
Helping maintain a consistent luxury brand presence across our channels

PR & Collaborations

You will support the team in developing The Agency Barcelona’s network of partnerships, collaborations, events, and PR opportunities.

Responsibilities may include:
Researching potential luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, corporate, and brand partnerships
Supporting outreach and communication with potential collaborators
Identifying relevant media, jo
