At Cayo TV, we are launching a brand-new international digital sports channel, and we’re looking for young, emerging talent to join our editorial and post-production team

If you are passionate about sports journalism, dynamic video editing, and native digital formats, this challenge is for you.

Your day-to-day challenge:
Draft rundowns (escaletas), write scripts for sports news pieces, and edit high-pacing video content for digital platforms.
Create and produce original content directly in English (no translation required).
Keep up with fast-paced sports news and translate trends into engaging short/medium-form videos.

What we are looking for:
Background: Recent graduate in Journalism, Media Studies, or Audiovisual Communication (ideally from bilingual/international programs).




English Proficiency: Native or Fluent (C1/C2). Essential for fluent writing and optional voiceovers.
Editing Skills: High proficiency with editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, CapCut, etc.).
Profile: Digital native, highly proactive, sports enthusiast, and living in Madrid (onsite position).
