El Camí de la Solidaritat is launching the world’s first Digital Incubator for grassroots NGOs—empowering them to tackle critical issues like climate change, poverty, and gender inequality with sustainable, high-impact solutions. To fuel this mission, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager for our Marketing team (Branding, Storytelling & Communication) to ensure structure, accountability, and momentum across our fast-growing initiatives.

What You Will Do:
Coordination: Support project leaders in coordinating tasks, timelines, and organising workshops to ensure project milestones are successfully met.
Systems Management: Monitor organisational progress using platforms like ClickUp, ensuring accurate data, proper documentation, and strict adherence to timelines.
Operational Optimisation: Assist the Operations Team Lead with operational planning, systems optimisation, and providing troubleshooting support to empower team members.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Work closely with the Partnership & Business Development team to improve communication flow, operational alignment, and project management best practices.

We are looking for someone who possesses:
Prior experience in project management administration and proficiency in using tools such as ClickUp.
Strong organisational and communication skills, English proficiency, and ideally a background in marketing.
A proactive, caring attitude, quick learning ability, and a deep passion for making a positive impact through nonprofit work.
