In this role you will:

Your future missions:

Ensure data reliability and accessibility
Ensure the reliability of data coming from different sources
Maintain and develop dashboards to make data accessible to the operations team
Create value through analytics
Perform ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and identify growth levers
Conduct in-depth analyses on topics at the crossroads of Operations, Quality, and HR (recruitment, upskilling, etc.)
Produce ad hoc analyses and be proactive in proposing operational improvements




Improve the productivity of several business teams
Automate bonus calculations for our sales team of over 400 people spread across France and Spain
Automate certain team tasks through the creation of new innovative tools Implement alerting systems to spot potential issues and anticipate market changes

Your profile:

You come from an engineering or business school
You are passionate about data and digital
You are rigorous, resourceful, and independent
You are comfortable with SQL, data processing and visualization (Tableau, Data Studio, etc.), and ideally have skills in data science
You have a good level of English and French
