The Role
As a Company Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our Fiduciary team — overseeing a portfolio of client companies, drafting corporate documentation, and building strong relationships with clients across Gibraltar and beyond.

What You'll Do
Keep statutory registers and records accurate and fully compliant with Gibraltar's Companies Act
File statutory forms — Annual Returns, director/shareholder changes, share allotments and transfers, and more
Draft key corporate documents: board and shareholder resolutions, meeting minutes, Powers of Attorney
Be a trusted point of contact for clients on company maintenance and legal obligations
Liaise with lawyers, auditors, tax advisors, Companies House Gibraltar and other service providers
Keep an eye on filing deadlines so nothing slips through the cracks
Support bank account openings and changes
Maintain organised,



up-to-date electronic client files
Get involved in ad hoc projects and help shape best practice across the team
