The Role
We are looking for a Senior Director of Sales to build and lead SIMPL’s sales function across Europe — a role modeled on the regional sales leadership Seyond has already established in the Americas. You will report directly to Philip Lassner, Head of General ITS Business, and will sit above SIMPL’s country-level sales representatives across Europe, giving the region a single accountable sales leader for the first time.
This is a player-coach role. We need someone who has personally carried and exceeded a sales quota — not a candidate whose background is purely sales
