Experteer Overview
In this role, you translate customer needs into technically sound processing solutions and guide cross-functional teams from discovery to handover. You will analyze operations, interpret data, and design integrated processing concepts that balance performance, reliability and cost. You act as a trusted advisor, connecting customers with scalable solutions and driving value across the sales and project delivery lifecycle. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge agri-tech, with a focus on delivering practical, high-performing systems.

• Lead technical discovery to understand processes, constraints, goals, and future capacity
• Map current-state processes to identify throughput and yield improvements
• Develop concepts, configurations, layouts, specifications, and performance assumptions
• Design and evaluate integrated systems, including third-party interfaces
• Use data to compare options and propose cost-effective, scalable solutions
• Plan and conduct product demos, field tests, and validation activities
• Document tests, risks, assumptions, and recommendations clearly
• Lead technical reviews with Sales, Service, Product, Engineering, and delivery teams
• Identify risks and gaps early and coordinate internal experts
• Provide technical presentations and advisory sessions to demonstrate value
• Support commercial teams with technical content for proposals and decisions
• Ensure structured handover of awarded solutions to implementation teams




• Maintain reusable standards, resources, and lessons learned in central systems
• Monitor industry trends to inform future solution development
• Observe health, safety and environmental priorities in all activities

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience
• Experience in Agri-Tech, food processing, automation, or related industries
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English
• Experience supporting customers in sales, applications, service, or solution development
• Customer-facing technical role experience
• Ability to analyze operational data and recommend technical solutions
• Experience preparing technical documentation, proposals, and presentations
• System design, process evaluation, and equipment integration experience
• Knowledge of CAD and design software (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar)
• Structured problem-solving approach and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
• Valid work permit or visa where required
• Willingness to travel up to 30% in the EMEA region
• Valid, unrestricted driving license
