You'll join a small, high-impact engineering team working on event-driven microservices that underpin enterprise-grade AI products.What You'll Do:- You'll design, build,



and operate the backend systems behind our agentic automation platform- Design and optimise event-driven systems with Apache Kafka- Contribute to a microservices environment- Collaborate closely with AI teams to integrate LLMs and reasoning engines- Work with GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and observability toolsWhat You'll Bring:- Proficiency in Go or Python- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures- Solid understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering workflowsSalary: €65,000-€95,000 + Share options schemeInterview Process: 3 stagesLocation: Spain / Europe (Remote)Senior Backend Engineer | Spain (Remote) | Golang, AWS, Kafka | Up to €95K
