Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the Cash Register team.

- Ensure accurate reconciliation of payment methods and cash register transactions.

- Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with established procedures and controls.

- Organize workloads and priorities according to operational requirements.

- Support the resolution of complex incidents and operational escalations.

- Ensure proper execution of month-end and year-end closing activities related to cash register operations.

- Analyze operational risks, account discrepancies, and reconciliation issues.

- Support process improvements, standardization initiatives, and automation opportunities.

- Maintain operational documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Ensure business continuity and service quality across all supported partners and countries.

- Lead, motivate, and develop team members.
