Description

We are looking for a technical lead backend developer who will join the development teams for our core business applications.

His role will be to ensure the quality of development and to supervise the development teams. He will therefore be the technical expert for the projects he is involved in.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities that will need to be assumed for this mission are:

Leadership technique :

- To guarantee the quality, maintainability and performance of developments.
- Establish and promote development standards, best practices and quality tools.
- Conduct or supervise code reviews
- Ensure continuous integration and adherence to DevOps best practices.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards.

Team management:

- To support, coach and develop the skills of developers.
- To provide technical support in resolving complex problems.
- Organize the distribution of technical tasks within the team.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Collaboration on projects:

- Collaborating with project managers, business analysts, product owners and other stakeholders.
- Participate in workload estimation and development planning.
- Identify and anticipate technical risks.
- Monitor the progress of the technical work.





Technical & Behavioral Skills

The required technical skills are:

- Excellent command of the programming languages and frameworks used by the company
- Developing REST services (using .NET Framework and .NET 8+ )
- Proficiency in Entity Framework Core
- Solid knowledge of software architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
- Proficiency in Oracle relational databases (version 19 and later) and SQL (version 2016 and later)
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and best practices in secure development.
- Knowledge and practical experience with Apache ecosystem solutions in the context of Java-based hosting.

Operational Context

- The department the person will be joining is predominantly French-speaking. Therefore, it is essential that the person has a perfect command of French.
- The mission will end in late 2026.
