Service Quality & Operations Intern

- Location: Spain, Madrid 100% on site

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Quality & KPI

- Monitor KPIs, maintain trackers and prepare reports.
- Identify abnormal data and support follow-up actions.

2. Data & Operations Support

- Collect and organize operational data.
- Support basic data analysis and maintain databases.

3. Work Order & Quality Management

- Review work-order data and support process compliance.
- Follow up on abnormal cases and monthly audits.

4. Spare Parts Operations

- Monitor inventory and spare parts availability.
- Support KPI reporting and issue follow-up.

5. Daily Service Support

- Check service information and support content updates.
- Assist with cost/invoice checking and daily operational tasks.

Requirements

- Able to sign an internship agreement (convenio) with a university.
- Native or professional proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and fluent in Spanish for daily operational communication; English is a plus.
- Strong data sensitivity and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with Excel and basic data analysis (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Able to identify abnormal data and translate findings into clear actions or follow-ups.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and external service partners.

主要工作职责

1. 服务质量与 KPI

- 监控服务质量相关 KPI，维护数据跟踪表并准备相关报告。
- 识别异常数据，并协助跟进改善措施。

2. 数据与运营支持

- 收集、整理运营相关数据。
- 协助进行基础数据分析，维护相关数据库。

3. 工单与质量管理

- 检查服务工单数据，协助确保数据准确性及流程合规。
- 跟进异常工单及月度审核工作。

4. 备件运营

- 监控备件库存及供应情况。
- 协助 KPI 报告及相关问题跟进。

5. 日常服务运营支持

- 定期检查服务相关信息，并协助更新内容。
- 协助进行服务成本及发票数据核对，并支持日常运营工作。

任职要求

- 可以与大学签署实习协议（convenio）。
- 中文（普通话）母语或具备专业工作水平；能够使用西班牙语进行日常工作沟通；英语能力为加分项。
- 对数据敏感，注重细节。
- 熟练使用 Excel，具备基础数据分析能力（如数据透视表、VLOOKUP 等）。
- 能够识别异常数据，并将分析结果转化为明确的行动或跟进事项。
- 具备良好的组织协调及跟进能力，能够同时处理多项任务。
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能够与内部团队及外部服务合作伙伴进行有效沟通。
