About the Role

We're hiring an Email Marketing Automation Developer to join Rhythm's Lifecycle Marketing Platform team and help power the customer journeys that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and winback.

This is a highly hands-on technical role focused on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting email and SMS automations in Iterable.



You'll work closely with our Marketing Platform Manager as her primary technical partner, taking ownership of journey execution, template development, quality assurance, and platform operations across multiple Iterable instances.

This isn't a marketing strategy role. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the details—building complex automations, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing deliverability, and ensuring every customer journey works exactly as intended.

As our agency support winds down, you'll play a critical role in bringing this capability fully in-house and helping establish a scalable lifecycle marketing platform.
