About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the product strategy and execution of part of commercial and agronomical solutions for Yara Europe. This role is part of the Digital Team and works closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive digital product strategy, delivery, and adoption.

You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from defining customer needs and setting strategic direction to delivering impactful features and continuously optimizing performance. You will operate at both strategic and execution levels, navigating ambiguity and leading cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges in a dynamic environment.

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key domain within our farmers and retailers portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer outcomes
