Who you are
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Customer Success, Sales or Business Development Representative roles
- Language: Native German. English: excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Energetic, Motivated: Displaying enthusiasm and a proactive attitude that drives engagement and inspires confidence in clients and team members
- Diligent Documentation: maintaining thorough and accurate records
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Every client matters
- Relationship Building: develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and satisfaction
- Time Management: capable of prioritizing tasks dynamically and efficiently to meet client needs
