Who you are
- You are a product leader who is comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-stakes spaces where customer needs, regulatory complexity, technical constraints, and commercial opportunity intersect
- You can translate a broad mission into a focused strategy, build alignment across teams, and deliver meaningful products over multiple horizons
- Significant product management experience, including ownership of complex, platform-oriented, or technically deep products
- A track record of setting strategy and delivering multi-team initiatives with measurable business and customer impact
- Strong judgment in prioritizing across customer needs, market opportunities, operational complexity, and engineering investment
- Experience working closely with engineering and design partners to build reliable, scalable products
- The ability to communicate clearly with executive stakeholders and to align diverse partners around a shared direction
- Curiosity about integral commerce, financial infrastructure, tax, compliance, payments, marketplaces, or developer platforms.
