Context: Campus & Talent Partnerships Team
The Campus & Talent Partnerships team is part of the
Talent Acquisition Department
at Mantu. Its mission is not only to recruit early talents, but to
build and activate long-term ecosystems of future candidates
through strategic partnerships, communities, and innovative talent engagement models.
We operate at the intersection of:

- Strategic partnerships with schools, universities, and Junior Enterprises (JE)

. You will have a dual mission: streamline and automate our campus operations using AI tools, while piloting our flagship program with Junior Enterprises (JE) to scale our talent pipelines.
- Process Automation & AI-Driven Talent Nurturing
