The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, the VP of Marketing will define and execute the company's global marketing strategy, leading a multidisciplinary team responsible for driving sustainable growth across the entire customer lifecycle. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with operational excellence, building scalable growth engines while continuously improving acquisition, conversion,



retention and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition through scalable organic, paid and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Optimize every stage of the customer journey, from awareness to retention and expansion.
- Identify new growth opportunities through experimentation, analytics and market insights.

Organic Growth & Digital Marketing
- Lead the company's SEO and organic growth strategy.
