- Appointment Type: Immediate start, full-time, one-year fixed-term position with potential for extension.
- Hands-on clinical trials nursing across 150+ trials in a large, well-resourced unit
- Salary Package: From $82,666 – $110,115 per annum (RN Level 2-8), + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging via Maxxia to maximise your take-home pay (including venue hire, meals, entertainment and novated leasing). Salary based on the enterprise agreement and relevant nursing experience year level.

Clinical trials give patients access to therapies and investigations that are not yet widely available. Behind every trial is a team of nurses, coordinators, clinicians, pharmacists and scientists working carefully to make sure participants are safe, informed and well cared for at every visit. This role sits at the centre of that work.





As a Registered Nurse in the Clinical Trials Unit, you will provide clinical support to our clinical trial coordinators and deliver high-quality care to trial participants, attending to their physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs. You will use your nursing skills to collect biological samples, administer study medication, monitor vital signs and conduct ECGs, while acting as a trusted resource for participants navigating their treatment and managing adverse events.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team environment within a rapidly growing unit. Some overtime and infrequent weekend work is required due to the nature of clinical trials; however, this is shared across the team, with time-in-lieu or overtime pay arrangements in place.
