Project Manager

Key Responsabilities
- Strategic Management: Define the development strategy, procurement plan, and project-specific procedures (PEP).
- Financial Control and Planning: Monitor the progress of the cost plan, master schedule, and risk register to ensure accurate forecasts.
- Leadership and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact with the Client and coordinate consultants, designers, and contractors through effective communication strategies and meetings.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System by managing inspections, snag lists, and customized workflows in real time.
- Reporting:
Prepare monthly status reports for the client and Operations Management, ensuring full transparency.
- Added Value:
- Risk Mitigation: Reducing unforeseen issues and rework through planning and resourceoptimization.
- Operational Efficiency: Aligning field activities with project standards and monitoringprogress in real time.
- Transparency: Reporting results to all stakeholders and maintaining performance atthe expected level.
Inaddition, the individual must participate in and contribute to the ManagementSystem by understanding and implementing the following:
- Compliancewith Quality and Environmental policies.
- Applicationof the Best Environmental Practices Manual.
- Compliancewith SyS’s general policies and standards.
Job Requirements
To succeed in this position, you must have:
- Experience: At least 2 years of demonstrable experience.
