We are the European Trade Finance Operations line within Corporate & Institutional Banking, delivering comprehensive trade‑finance solutions to multinational corporates and financial institutions. With 620 professionals in Spain and a presence in 56 countries, we combine deep expertise with a strong regional focus on EMEA.

MISSION
As a 1st Level Support Analyst, you will provide user support for the trade‑finance tools ecosystem, manage incidents through ServiceNow, and contribute to our digitalisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives that boost operational efficiency across the region.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support for Dwings and related trade‑finance applications.
- Analyse, log and coordinate incidents in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate updates.
- Communicate resolution status promptly to users and key stakeholders.
- Deliver Dwings training and assist with migration projects.
- Prepare activity reports for management and other partners.

Requirements
- Studies

University degree
- Experience





Good understanding of Guarantees products

Systems and processes: Atlas, Operational Tools (EPS, Aval….) , TDR, Good working knowledge of Word/Excel.
- Languages

English C1 level, French is a plus.
