Role Description





The Assistant to Sales Manager role at CoreFi is a full-time, remote position supporting the sales leadership team in daily operations. This role includes managing calendars, organizing meetings, preparing sales documents, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and other systems. The assistant will handle inbound and outbound calls, coordinate follow-ups with clients and prospects, and support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports. Responsibilities also include organizing internal communication for the sales team, tracking key sales activities, and ensuring clerical tasks are completed accurately and on time. The role requires close collaboration with the Sales Manager to prioritize tasks, streamline processes, and contribute to a professional and efficient sales function.
