Role purpose

The Senior Brand Designer owns the visual expression of Cauridor's brand across every touchpoint — campaigns, social, web, presentations, packaging, video, and animation. This is a player-coach role:



someone trusted to make strong creative calls independently, uphold brand consistency without needing constant sign-off, and bring the judgment to adapt Cauridor's identity across diverse African markets without losing what makes the brand recognizable. The role also directly manages and develops the Graphic Designer, raising the creative bar across the team through both hands-on execution and formal people leadership.

Brand & Visual Design
- Own and evolve Cauridor's visual identity across digital and print assets — marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, packaging, video, and animation.
- Set and uphold brand consistency standards across all internal and external communications, acting as the practical guardian of the brand guidelines.
