As a
Junior
Software Engineer in the TechOps team
, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Engineering, Infrastructure, and Customer Operations. You will own incident governance, triage complex data/system anomalies, and build a reliable platform that scales effortlessly with our expanding client base.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Your focus will be on making Permisso’s foundations reliable, observable and scalable.
- Incident Governance & Triage:
Act as the technical first responder for production anomalies and system degradation. Debug incidents close to production, identify root causes, improve error handling, and work with core product teams as required.
- Proactive Monitoring & Observability:
Optimize alerting structures, reduce alert fatigue, and ensure early incident discovery.
- Support Enablement:
Partner with Operations team to communicate directly with customers when handling incoming technical queries.
- System Capacity & Performance:
Identify operational bottlenecks and help transform fragile or manual workflows into repeatable, well-managed systems.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Background & Experience:
- 1+ years of experience
operating close to production in Software Engineering roles managing production environments.
- Proven experience in
fast-paced startups
or high-growth environments.
- Driven by curiosity and data:
You love learning by doing, diving deep
