About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Intern to support our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to ongoing commercial projects, supplier management initiatives, and new project launches across Europe. The idóneo candidate brings a combination of analytical thinking, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a strong interest in logistics, supplier management and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Tracking & Reporting: Assist in monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Help maintain and update the PMO dashboard and project trackers.
- Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyse logistics operational data (e.g., shipping times, cost reports, warehouse efficiency) to support project decision-making.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items with different stakeholders.
- Documentation Support: Assist in preparing project documents, process workflows, and standard operating procedures.
