Merlien Institute is looking for a B2B Content & Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across our general conference portfolio (Europe, North America, APAC, MENA).

This role combines content creation and campaign execution, with a strong focus on producing high-quality materials and distributing them effectively to increase visibility, grow our audience, and drive website traffic.

You will work closely with the senior management and conference producers to create and deliver content that supports lead generation and event promotion.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Create high-quality content across blog, email, and social media aligned with campaign messaging
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns in HubSpot
- Repurpose content from speakers, interviews, and third-party sources into engaging formats
- Design marketing assets using Canva (social graphics, banners, promotional creatives)
- Support content distribution across social channels and media partners to increase reach




- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and deliver content
- Manage the media portfolio for Merlien, collecting press clippings, testimonials, and other materials for future use.
- Drive social media growth and website traffic
