- Interest or first experience in sales/recruiting, business, and building relationships
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally

- Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment of new challenges
Your responsibilities:
- Recruiting Tech and Sales professionals for the Dutch or Benelux market
- Active sourcing and qualifying IT talent
- Building and developing your own client portfolio (Netherlands/Benelux)
- Winning new clients through calls, emails, and networking
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Building a strong network of candidates and clients
- Successfully matching candidates with clients

Salary (depending on level of experience):
Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant:
€23,000 to €30,000, including a base salary (€23,000) and projected first-year commis
