The position is based on-site in Sweden Applications are welcome from candidates across Europe who are willing to relocate.
The role
You will lead a growing chemistry team of approximately 6 people that may grow up to 10 going forward- Youll take overall responsibility for organising the daily work,
development and future scaling of the company’s laboratory and service operations.
This is a leadership role rather than a hands-on lab position. However, you will need a good understanding of organic chemistry and how the daily work in a lab looks like.
A key part of your role will be to create greater structure and accountability across laboratory activities, development projects and customer service assignments. You will establish clear priorities, improve planning and ensure that teams have the processes and support they need to deliver consistently.
You will also work with the service organisation. Whilst not the main part of the job, this will involve speaking with external partners and customers in order to improve the customer service as well as escalating any potential issues if needed.
