Context & Key Stakes

Join a fast-growing French scale-up expanding internationally and launching its operations in Spain.

You would be the 2nd Product Manager joining the team, playing a key role in building the local product organization while remaining closely connected to the French Product teams.

Main missions
- Analyzing user and stakeholder needs to identify priorities and define relevant product solutions
- Building and managing the product roadmap and backlog in line with business, regulatory, and strategic requirements
- Contributing to the evolution of the product offering and structuring solutions tailored to different customer segments
- Coordinating with technical and design teams to ensure timely delivery and a high-quality user experience
- Ensuring strong alignment and communication with internal teams (marketing, support, ERP Consultant)

Your Profiles




- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally experiences with ERP & SaaS
- Knowledge in accounting and fiscality is a nice to have
- Experiences with accounting and legal firms in Spain (Experience with accounting of legal firms in Spain (asesorías y despachos profesionales)
- Experience working with AI-powered solutions is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to structure and prioritize complex topics
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-scaling environment
- Excellent communication skills, able to adapt your message to different stakeholders
- Lan
guages: Native Spanish speaker, fluent in French or English.
