Working schedule:
The preferred start time is no later than 10:00 Central European time (Berlin time), although an 11:00 start may also be considered. The schedule may be adjusted later depending on operational needs.

*About the role*

AIHIA is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Influencer Marketing Campaign Coordinator to support the execution of integral influencer campaigns, primarily within the gaming and entertainment industries.

You will work closely with our Campaign Managers and international team to help ensure campaigns run smoothly, stay on schedule, and meet a consistently high standard. The role covers influencer research, outreach, campaign coordination, deliverable tracking,



reporting, and day-to-day communication with creators and their agencies.

*Key responsibilities*
- Research and identify relevant influencers and creators based on campaign objectives, audiences, platforms, and markets.
- Build, maintain, and update influencer databases and campaign tracking documents.
- Prepare initial influencer lists, campaign reports, and performance summaries.
- Support influencer outreach, negotiations, follow-ups, onboarding, and procurement processes.
- Communicate clearly
