Relocation Center is building a multilingual property team in Alicante and along the Costa Blanca. We are looking for self-employed agents who work in English plus Russian, French, Polish, German, Dutch or Italian.
We say this in the advert rather than at the second interview: this is a self-employed role with no fixed salary. You work as an independent professional, you build your own client base, and you are paid on what you close. The range shown on this listing is indicative of annual commission earnings, not a guaranteed salary.
Hours: you manage your own diary. There are no assigned shifts and no compulsory office hours.
Why this is not a normal estate agency job
Most agencies hand you a desk and tell you to find your own clients. We work the other way round. Our clients contact us before they own anything in Spain: they need a NIE, an empadronamiento, a bank account, a visa, a school for their children or advice on tax residency. By the time they are ready to buy, they have been working with us for weeks and they already trust us.
You meet the client at the beginning of their move, not at the end.
Your role and how you earn
1. Property sales. You guide the client through the purchase of their home: shortlisting properties, viewings, negotiation and completion at the notary. You operate through our partnership with an international real estate network, with a high commission split for the agent. The exact terms are set out on the first call.
2. Relocation services. Every client you introduce to our NIE, visa, Beckham Law or Concierge services earns you a commission on that service. You can be earning in your first weeks, before a single property completes.
What we provide
- Qualified international leads generated by our own relocation clients, not purchased lists.
- An office in central Alicante available for your client meetings.
- CRM, property portal publication and marketing materials in several languages.
- A back office that handles NIE appointme
