What we look for?

We are looking for a
DevOps
/
Forward Deployed Engineer
to play a key role in helping our software development teams migrate to the cloud and adopt DevOps best practices across the project of the client from the banking sector.

Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH),

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
- Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in
onboarding to our internal DevOps platform
and
curated Azure services
- Drive the
re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure




while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure-by-design principles
- Drive the
migration of CI/CD pipelines
from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements
- Collaborate closely with development teams,
educating and enabling
them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native development
- Contribute to improving the developer experience by creating
templates, documentation, and training materials
that simplify platform adoption

What do we expect from you?
- Strong understanding of
DevOps principles
, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices
- Practical experience building and maintaining
CI/CD pipelines
and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab)
- Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Azure
services and
Infrastructure-as-Code
- Software engineer with hands-on experience in application devel
