is a dedicated robotics education platform focused on making robotics learning more practical, accessible, and industry-relevant. We combine online courses, hands-on learning, simulations, and robot platforms to help individual learners accelerate their careers in robotics, support companies in developing robotics skills, and enable universities to deliver more effective, practical robotics education.

Role Description:
- Edit long-form YouTube videos based on content requirements and creative direction from the Marketing Team.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop video concepts and turn creative ideas into compelling visual content.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
- Independently research and source relevant real-world video footage to support the story — no stock footage libraries.
- Develop clear and compelling visual narratives that make complex robotics and technology topics easy to understand.
- Apply strong editing, pacing,



visual, and sound design to capture attention and maintain viewer engagement.
- Make thoughtful decisions about footage selection, sequencing, and storytelling to ensure every video is visually compelling and communicates its message effectively.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of video editing experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your video editing and storytelling skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Hands-on experience with AI tools — deep expertise is not required, but you should be comfortable learning and adopting new AI tools quickly
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
- Availability to work within Central European Time (CET)
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with feedback and change
