Experience & Background
- 15+ years
of experience in customer‑facing technical roles, such as:
- Systems architecture
- Infrastructure administration and operations
- Cloud and hybrid consulting
- Enterprise support and advanced troubleshooting
- Proven track record of:
- Planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing
enterprise

scale cloud and hybrid environments
- Supporting complex customer scenarios from design through production
- Strong experience with
